   It’s been snowing off and on for over four days here at the base of Winter Park.  Our local Yogi bear has been on a dumpster spree this week in anticipation of crawling into his den off of Brian’s Run.  Six more days till the mountain opens. But the Competition Center and The National Sports Center for the Disabled are already training on Lower Parkway.  The crew is putting the final touches on the new Cabriolet (open air gondola) connecting the Vintage parking lot with the new Village.  ”Orange Alert!  Orange Alert!  Cue Number Six and release Rover”.  Sorry I always go into a flashback of The Prisoner when I hear “The Village”.  Off to Copper Mountain tomorrow, and  Arapahoe Basin for Saturday.
