General Comments/Likes

My favorite ski hill in the U.S., Alta is like no other.

The expert runs are long, steep and hard to get to, which helps insure great snow days after a storm.

New upgrades to the lifts and on-mountain lodges has transformed Alta’s character to the more sophisticated side, but the core of its soul remains.

The kids working in the shop next to the ticket window were great and helpful. Living the dream really shows in their attitude.

The Peruvian Lodge remains one of the best, classic lodging properties on the planet. Stay there!

Dislikes

Some of the local shops near Alta had staff with serious “Dude-tude” and were down right rude.
