General Comments/Likes
Sealed access road – chains occasionally needed. Fun field well setup for beginners but with enough to challenge most skiers. International ski teams (USA and France definitely, also several others) have used the field for off-season training. Main problem is often gets crowded especially on lower slopes – experienced skiers/boarders should avoid NZ and NSW school holiday periods if possible. Also relies on snowmaking quite heavily. Overall fun mountain but nearby Wanaka fields usually better overall
