General Comments/Likes

Jackson is a tough place to get to, but that’s a bonus, NO CROWDS! The terrain here is big, living up to the mountains reputation and you will not be disappointed.

The lifts are modern, fast and well placed.

I honestly think the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort has the best children’s ski school facility I’ve ever seen.

The ski and snowboard school here is one of the best in North America.

Never a dull moment!

Dislikes

The jump from beginning terrain to intermediate is huge and intimidating. If you are an intermediate, hiring a ski instructor is a must.

Parking is remote, added to that the hike up to the lifts and the lack of a true base lodge makes getting to the hill’s lift facilities a real hassle.

The resort staff is outstanding and friendly, but the attitude of the staff at some businesses is a mixed bag. Locals refer to this as “Dude-tude” and you may not always be treated the way you deserve.
