General Comments/Likes
Sunday River with its 8 peaks offers some variety and many fun trails. The secret is to keep moving to stay ahead of the crowds to avoid long lift lines and nodes. White Cap, the far left peak, has White Heat – a steep run with a long mogul run under the chair. One of my favorite trails is Air Glow off of Aurora Peak. It’s fast and steep with a couple of good kickers. There is some reasonable glade runs on Aurora and next door at Oz.
Although most of the peaks vertical are under 2000’, it feels bigger with solid runs. The snow making is one of the best in NE and the lifts are fast.
Dislikes
A little pricey and few discounts available. Weekends can get crowded.
