General Comments/Likes
Tyrol Basin is only a short drive from Madison and the UW so it is very popular with students. The terrain parks and halfpipes are the best in the midwest, and the giant booter next to the main lift always makes for an interesting ride. The furthest run to the right on the trail map is actually pretty steep. The bar is good, the food is ok. Tyrol Basin is a great place to ski.
